Sometimes worship is not about having the right words. Sometimes you’ve cried all you can cry, prayed all you can pray, and you simply lift your hands and say, “God, I’m still here.”

If I can’t say a word, I will just raise my hand. 🙌🏽

I’m raising my hand because God has been good.
I’m raising my hand because He kept me.
I’m raising my hand because I’m still standing.
I’m raising my hand because I trust Him with what I cannot fix.
I’m raising my hand because my worship is my surrender.

Today, whatever you’re carrying, give it to God.
Whatever has been weighing on your heart, lay it at His feet.

There comes a time when we have to stop asking God to simply bless us on the surface and say:

“God, GO DOWN IN HER!”

Go down in her heart.
Go down in her mind.
Go down in her spirit.
Go down in the places nobody else can see.
Go down in the broken places.
Go down in the wounded places.
Go down in the places where she has been pretending to be okay.

Heal her. Restore her. Renew her. Strengthen her.

This Wednesday, we’re worshipping for the woman who needs God to reach the deep places.

💙🤍 WORSHIP WEDNESDAY | HEAL AND TALK INC. 🤍💙

As we celebrate 2 years of Heal and Talk Inc., we give God all the glory, honor, and praise!

Two years of sisterhood, healing, prayer, testimonies, and growth. Through every season, God has continued to be faithful. We have witnessed His love, His grace, and His healing power in our lives.

Today, we lift our voices in worship and say, “God, You are a Healer!” 🙌🏽

Psalm 147:3 reminds us, “He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.”

No matter what you may be facing today, keep worshipping. Your worship is not dependent on your circumstances. Sometimes the very thing you are praying about is the place where God is preparing to reveal His glory.

Happy Manifest Monday, Heal and Talk Sisters! 💕

This week, we are speaking life over ourselves and walking boldly in the purpose God has placed within us.

Stop shrinking to make others comfortable. Stop doubting what God has already placed in your hands. Your past does not define your future, and your setbacks do not cancel your purpose.

Today, declare over your life:

🙏🏽 I am worthy of the blessings God has for me.

🙏🏽 I am walking in purpose, peace, and confidence.

🙏🏽 I am releasing fear, doubt, and everything that no longer serves me.

🙏🏽 I am becoming the woman God created me to be.

Scripture: Habakkuk 2:2 — “Write the vision, and make it plain.”

Sisters, write your vision, pray over it, and take action. Faith without works is dead. What God has placed in your heart requires your faith, your obedience, and your willingness to move.

💜 Heal and Talk Inc. 💜

You may be struggling with some things in life right now. You may be hurting, waiting, questioning, or simply trying to find the strength to keep going.

But let me encourage you today: KEEP WORSHIPPING!

Psalm 40 is my go-to when I need a reminder that God hears me, sees me, and will come through for me. There have been moments when I didn't know what to do but worship was my weapon.

Keep lifting your hands.
Keep opening your mouth.
Keep trusting God.
Keep praising Him—even when you don't feel like it.

God will breathe on you.
He will breathe life into the places that feel dry.
He will strengthen what feels weak.
He will restore what feels broken.

Don't stop worshipping because of what you're going through. Worship while you're going through it!

Your breakthrough may be closer than you think.
