We welcome you to check out Heal and Talk ....I promise you PRAYER IS PRIORITY!!!!

ALSO I can agree with this in regards to SOME groups/sisterhoods etc...That is why you must use DISCERNMENT....every room..every table is NOT where you are ordained to be...Genuine love, empowerment, growth, healing, good vibes etc is all available within Heal and Talk ..

Not every group is made up of Mean Girls, not every group is orchestrated to fix your individual need in that season...Sometimes it MAY JUST BE "YOU"...

We as woman have to be genuine within ourselves, remove hate, jealousy, resentment, fear, anxiety, and know that God is within you and GO WHERE HE LEADS YOU!!!

A Social media user named Natasha Wells is going viral after posting the controversial statement, “Keep your fake sisterhood and women empowerment groups away from me — they’re always led by mean girls.” The comment instantly sparked heated debate online, with thousands of women flooding the comments either strongly agreeing or calling the statement bitter and divisive. Wells doubled down by claiming many of the women running these groups “wouldn’t even be join another woman’s women’s group,” adding that many of the spaces feel “like high school all over again,” with cliques, popularity contests, fake support, and “mean girls” trying to dominate social circles under the disguise of empowerment. Wells ended with saying, “If you’re my girl, be my girl, but I don’t need a group of messy women to make me feel good about myself”.

Supporters claimed many female-led empowerment spaces secretly operate through jealousy, bullying, exclusion, and public “sisterhood” masking private competition, while critics accused Wells of unfairly stereotyping women’s communities that genuinely help survivors, entrepreneurs, and young women grow. As the debate exploded across social media, many users began sharing personal stories about toxic friendships, church groups, business circles, and women’s organizations they say left them feeling excluded, judged, or emotionally drained.

Today we had our first Heal &Talk movie day. It was a success. The movie 🎬 of choice was Compass, and it was a hit. Gellowshipping went great and we welcomed two new members to the family. Lord, we thank you, and we praise as we continue to grow.
