Initiated into the Usui Reiki tradition, Kelly Gene Rye is a Third-Degree M
aster Teacher. While following her traditional teachings, she also uses her intuitive guides to help individuals release pent up negative emotions, feelings, trauma and help them start a new path of mindfulness and enlightenment. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated, balanced, and grounded on a cellular level. Reiki (pronounced “ray-key”) is a technique for stress reduction, relaxation, and the promotion of an individual’s innate healing abilities. The word Reiki means “spiritually guided life force energy” and is channeled through the practitioner to the client through light touch or hovering the hands over the body. It has been considered as a form of “hands on or touch therapy”, and often described by some as “a guided meditation with no words”. Services Provided:

Currently Kelly is offering spiritually guided art classes/workshops held in St. Anne's Chapel at Oak Grove Retreat in Tarboro NC. Kelly has over 25 years experience in the art world. She specializes in all things art and loves letting her creative passions sing on her canvas. She’s spent many years teaching both youth and adult workshops. Her goal is to help guide individuals through their fears of art making, creating a fun and safe space for all to express themselves freely. Kelly’s current passion has been around the spiritual aspects of art, using intuition and higher guides to express oneself freely. While also clearing and letting go of stuck and stagnant energy from the body (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually). Please feel free to join us on a creative journey, letting go of anything that no longer serves your highest good, through expression, laughter, community and ART. Kelly's workshops are a judgment free zone. No experience needed. Just bring yourself (maybe a friend), a smile, and some clothes you don’t mind getting a little messy in.
