Floyd Fit

Floyd Fit Floyd Fit is a comprehensive 12-week wellness challenge focusing on making improvements in total wellness.

Participants in the challenge will work with a personal trainer once a week, as well as with a team nutritionist and behavior modification specialist. Teams will work to achieve the ultimate goal of a healthy lifestyle by not only improving fitness but also learning about nutrition, positive mental health, relaxation methods and improving overall energy levels. Fourteen staff members have been cho

sen to compete in teams to see who can become the most fit. They will work weekly with trainers from seven different local workout centers, who will help them achieve their goals.
