3 hacks to achieve glowing, refreshed skin!
I see a lot of people struggling with dull, dry skin, clogged pores and will express also feeling demotivated and tired. It’s been scorching hot in some areas and it’s easy to forget how this might impact how we feel. So here's my favorite 3 hacks:
1. Drink more water. No, I’m not saying go chug a gallon, that’s unrealistic! 😜 but do make an effort to get down 5-8 oz more than you did yesterday. This is much more doable and helps build longer lasting habits in the long run, helps you stay hydrated and can help you feel more refreshed.
2. Use SPF! Our skin is our biggest organ and needs protection from the sun- constantly, and yes even on cloudy days! Wear under your moisturizer, or find a favorite moisturizer with SPF in it. I’m happy to recommend a few options too depending on your skin type. DM me!
3. Practice Self-Care. This might mean 1 minute during the day to regulate your breathing, a bubble bath, curling up with a book, going for a walk or learning a new activity or hobby. This one is centered around you and what makes YOU feel loved and cared for. Your skin will show it!
