The holidays are SUPPOSED to be a time for us to gather in celebration of love, family, friendship, and the end of another year together. Yet, every season, the comments (about the appearance of our bodies, the food on our plates, and the desserts in the kitchen) and the strategies to successfully starve ourselves during “the most wonderful time of the year” can feel overwhelming and all-consuming.
Our HAPPY HEALTHY HOLIDAYS group coaching is specifically designed for people who are trying to navigate the holidays diet-free.
Led by Sam, our Certified Health Coach, we will work together on:
⭐ setting healthy, relevant, and achievable goals that do not center around the scale or extreme food restriction
⭐ learning to set and enforce boundaries around "diet talk"
⭐ preparing for challenges along the way
As a group, we will provide accountability for one another within a judgement-free safe space. And together, we will work to learn how to set and discuss healthy boundaries with our friends and family in order to better savor and enjoy the full fruits of this festive season.
