A lil recap from the Detroit Techno 5K 💚🏃‍♂️🎶

Rainy, chilly, & Detroit showed up and showed out anyway. 😎

Huge shoutout to all the racers who pushed through the weather, all the vendors who held it down, and everyone who danced, ran, cheered, and kept the energy high despite the forecast.

We had such a great time meeting so many awesome people, fueling racers with Nakee Butter, and being part of another incredible Detroit Techno 5K!

One of my favorite parts of the day? Getting to work alongside my mom 🥹💚

She’s been one of Nakee’s biggest supporters since day one — from the early Eastern Market days to where we are now — and getting to share days like this together never gets old.

This past weekend at .e._ women’s immersion + ecstatic dance was ooooozing with main character energy, creativity, and connection. 😍😍

We danced hard, we crafted, we nourished ourselves with 🍫🥜
We got adorned by the magical ✨ and were absolutely transported into a world of feminine baddie energy with the vibesss we all co-created. 👯‍♀️

Just women being playful, powerful, emotional, expressive, supportive, and fully alive together.

And honestly… it’s been so healing to surround myself with spaces and women like this lately.

Spaces where you don’t have to explain yourself.
