🚀✨ Our Space Cadets had an out-of-this-world first week of summer sessions at RVABA!
This week, our learners explored the galaxy through hands-on activities including voting for their favorite planets, creating space-themed crafts, completing obstacle courses, and enjoying rocket ship water play that may or may not have ended with a little extra mud. 🌎🪐💦
While having fun, our clients were also working hard on important skills across the day. Through these activities, we targeted peer play, following instructions, communication, waiting and taking turns, social engagement, flexibility, problem-solving, and cooperative participation with others.
One of our favorite things about ABA therapy is finding creative ways to make learning meaningful, engaging, and fun. We are so proud of our Space Cadets and all they accomplished during their first week of summer adventures!
