Many bystanders worry about:

Remember:

The goal is 100–120 compressions per minute.

DAY 1: MOCK CALL 911

🚨 Welcome to Day 1 of the 7-Day CPR & AED Challenge!

Today’s challenge is simple but critical: Practice making a mock 911 call. (**please do not actually call 911, practice by knowing what information is important to give)

In an emergency, staying calm can save valuable seconds. Practice:

📍 Stating your exact location�📍 Describing the emergency clearly�📍 Answering dispatcher questions�📍 Staying on the line until told to hang up

Remember: 911 dispatchers can provide lifesaving instructions while help is on the way.

💡 Family Challenge: Ask everyone in your household if they know your home address and what to say during a 911 call.
