“The best and most beautiful things in the world cannot be seen or even touched.
“I don't want to be at the mercy of my emotions." “One thing you can't hide - is when you're crippled inside.”
“The emotion that can break your heart is sometimes the very one that heals it...”
Negative emotions — like sadness, anger, loneliness, jealousy, self-criticism, fear, or rejection — can be difficult, even painful at times. That's especially true when we feel a negative emotion too often, too strongly, or we dwell on it too long.
Hope is life because no one knows, what is going to happen in the next moment?
Every moment is precious for our life. So try to live peacefully, keep faith, kindness & mercy.
Nobody is perfect in this world, it doesn't mean we can't trust to anyone.
Every negative factor in our life does destroy the happiness & peace.
People come & go, sadness & happiness, birth & death every thing will happen, we can't control on the circumstances but yes, the way we are responding in the situation is much important to live the life peacefully.
We can't force to anyone for love, care, share & affection.
Forgive those all who hurt you because "Forgivness is the foundation of true, deep and meaningful relationships."
Whose all ours and others we can't say but Yes, we can forgive to everyone. As I already mentioned no body knows which is the last moment in our life for anyone.
Yes, we can feel every emotional activities inside us.
It's a common human nature. Our mind observes negativity rather than positive things.
We always become a victim of our mind who plays with us and we allow. At last mind wins and spirit losts.
Spirit is immortal, triumphant and indestructible. Think about it, we are carried by superpower factor (Spirit) in the universe but we give up in front of some bulsh*t negative emotions and we destroy easily.
That's the time where we have to understand our superiority and prove ourselves in front of negativity. Will control on the mind, let not allow to bulsh*t anything to rule over on ourselves.
With lots of Love & Respect,
Daya.
