These are some of the benefits Reiki offers (speaking from lived experience!) When we are open to Divine handiwork it creates space for magic to take place leaving extremely fertile ground. Nourish this receptive space. Reiki has touched every area of my life. Sometimes this happens rapidly and sometimes gradually, but peace and desired change take place. Join us as we will be creating Reiki infused fruit kabobs that correspond with the chakras, diving in to how Reiki aligns and clears your chakras (energy centers in the body) and will get ready to receive group Reiki with a guided mediation that will have you floating. One of my favorite aspects of these classes is hearing the breakthroughs people have after processing waves of energy (emotions) that are brought to the surface during a Reiki session. Being able to share your experience in community is like nothing else because it is a reminder that we are not alone and that God sends us the right people to aid us and connect with on our life paths. 💓

I wanted to make a post on how reiki affects my mental health. Those of us with mental illness are usually extremely sensitive to energy. Even if you don’t suffer from mental illness, everyone has mental health! Reiki (for me) is a coping tool I can always come back to. When I’m feeling too spent to do anything else I can activate my symbols, lay my hands on the body, and close my eyes.
Spiritual consciousness begins to work to restore balance to your system on all levels (physical, mental, spiritual)! Reiki feels warm, safe, comforting, and helps foster inner peace. All of these attributes helps my sometimes turbulent, overactive mind. Reiki also aids in physical symptoms brought on by mental illness. It has helped me lessen fatigue and calmed the shakiness in my heart (anxiety). Reiki is not a cure all or substitute for other mental health treatment. It’s a tool to be used in conjunction with your primary care team. I have a daily reiki practice that has gifted me depth, self compassion, and led me to healing. How has reiki impacted you? Happy Self Love Day!!!🥰
There’s a difference between being consumed with self and having an unconditional love for self. If we extend that generosity to others, imagine the peace felt when it is extended to yourself. To extend yourself self love is to heal. Every time you choose to set time aside for YOU, set a boundary, eat your greens, reach out when you need it, and give yourself quiet time you are showing yourself love.

Loving yourself is a journey not a destination you will get to. If you find it hard to find something you love about yourself, ask a friend or loved one. View yourself through their eyes.

Self love is not elusive. It is something everyone has the ability to conjure within themselves. Your love for YOU will set the world a blaze. When we feel better we do better and can give from a place of abundance.

I love you and it is an earnest wish that you LOVE you. For all that you are and all you are not.

This is your daily reminder you are worthy of incredible things and more success then you ever dreamed.
Have you ever reached an upper limit or felt stuck even though great things are happening for you. This could be old patterns and beliefs trying to keep you safe. Thank those outdated fears for doing their job, try some tapping, prioritize 10 minutes of reiki, and make a small step each day towards that dream you are building.
Recently I felt anger. Anger that I felt stuck and it was affecting my business. Anger that I am not implementing all that I teach to others.
In that anger I found grace.
Grace to show up anyway.
Grace in the knowing I have all the tools to address and move past these limiting beliefs.
And an overwhelming thankfulness in the support I receive and ability to be open in my challenges.
You are capable and if you ever need a reminder I will not hesitate to speak that knowing from God into you. You are His child and those dreams you dream were born from infinite possibilities.
I love you. Go accomplish what you were sent to do with the knowledge you are worthy of all you could ever dream.
