Thinking we know better⁣⁣
Thinking we can keep ourselves safe from the what-ifs⁣⁣
Thinking we can’t trust the signs until we have proof, until it makes sense⁣⁣

[pt1/2] While driving [too] fast down the highway, completely overcome by pain and sadness, I heard a voice:⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
“𝐇𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐎𝐧…Please hold on”⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
I screamed through my big tears: “What do you mean?! Hold on? Why?”⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
That chapter of life felt hard, unfair, confusing… I was swimming in shame, + anxiety⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Yet trusting that voice, in that very moment, changed everything - I held on + held hope🙏🏼⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
What came in the following days was a deep calling to buy a 1-way ticket for a solo backpacking trip [𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘺𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘰 𝘣𝘦𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘦]⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
I felt scared, fear of the unknown…and I took action⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
Coming home from that trip, I heard the calling to leave my corporate work - without clarity on what was coming next - I felt hesitation and I acted ⚡️⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
A healer unexpectedly came into my life… I felt excited yet that familiar feeling of doubt and questioning crept in…I followed the quiet “yes” + hired her⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

You guessed it… I acted… I followed the signs to become a Reiki Energy Healer, an Empowerment Coach and a Business Mentor 🚀⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

More often than not, it’s not a loud voice⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣
It’s a quiet nudge, feelings and paying attention to the signs⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣

Four years ago I said the “norm” doesn’t work for me. I took my first entrepreneurial risk and said “I’m going to do things my way in order to make a bigger impact on the world.” I began breaking rules, going after what made little sense at all, and honing my craft. ⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
I took a stance - “I’m going to start now, before I’m ready, before I have any clue wtf I’m doing, while imposter syndrome rears her head and readiness tells me not to.”⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
The most valuable takeaways so far:⁣⁣⁣
⁣⁣⁣
✨ It still rarely makes “sense” - and I’m falling more in love with that concept every day⁣⁣⁣

🔮 If I rewound to the beginning I’d see myself as I see myself now: resilient as f*ck, brave, and willing to keep going - no matter what⁣⁣⁣

🚀 Consistency is a beneficial biz strategy…but continuity is a load of crap 💩⁣⁣

What if you walked into every room and owned it

I mean really owned it

The unique fire that makes you YOU

Spoke from the truth in your belly

Danced from the light in your soul

Proclaimed that thing you’ve held onto

Shared your honest full truth with everyone in the room

You might not even know there’s fear thats holding you back from your fullest expression until we really dive into the challenges present in your life

But it’s absolutely incredible what finding fear that’s been hidden in patterns of behavior, reasoning, and nervous system responses does

It is liberating, life changing, healing

Multiple client sessions this month have unearthed completely unexpected fear that when processed gave way to expansion, liberation, and a richness and depth of relationships

Sometimes fear is so hidden you don’t even know it’s hindering or holding you back

Dive into these questions to discover if fear could be present for you:
- do I see a pattern of behavior with myself, my partner, or with family that doesn’t feel good/doesn’t serve my desired state of feeling/being? What undesired patterns are showing up?
- What am I desiring right now to be different in my life? If I look beneath the surface of that thing, what’s truly causing me not to have it/be it? (You might have to go through multiple layers here / keep asking yourself the question “ok and what about underneath that?”)
- When I take stock of my life, looking into each area (family, wealth, health, personal development, spirituality, fun, romance, business) what areas need tending to? What do I think is prohibiting me from excelling in those areas? Have I given away my power to a reason outside of myself?
- Is there an ability to retell a story or narrative in my life that isn’t currently serving me? (i.e. a friend of mine telling me there’s no good men in her age range left to date in her city… sure as heck won’t be if that’s the story you have painting your reality - and the fear of that possibility being the only limiting factor)
