Looking back at my old photos from the service days brings it all right back.
The early mornings, the exhaust fumes, the weight of the gear, and the unspoken bond with the brothers and sisters standing next to you.
Those years in uniform shaped who you are.
They taught you resilience, discipline, and what it truly means to sacrifice for something bigger than yourself.
But military life wasn’t just about heroism.
It came with deep struggles, long months away from family, intense physical wear and tear, and invisible burdens that you carried home in silence.
You didn't ask for recognition back then. You just did the job.
But heroism for your country shouldn’t leave you paying the price alone today.
Now that the years have passed and your body is keeping the score of those old injuries, the system that promised to support you shouldn’t make it an uphill battle to get what you earned.
I'm Dr. Jeremy Sy. As an active Army Reserve medical provider and former VA C&P examiner, I know the VA process is a long road.
But the lessons you learned in uniform taught you never to quit a necessary fight.
I founded Valor Medical Evidence Consulting to stand with you for the long haul.
Let's look back at where you started, review your files together, and make sure you are properly supported for where you are today.
Whenever you're ready, you can ask for help.
