The team at Northern California PET appreciates the support of the California State Treasurer’s Office for visiting our 2026 Provider Appreciation Day!

For those who may not be familiar, the State Treasurer’s Office has a department calls which helped fund two of NCPIC’s major projects - including our brand-new new PETCT panorama scanner installed in 2026.

A special thank you to Nitty and the entire crew for letting Northern California PET rent out the whole spot for our Provider Appreciation Day thank you lunch!

Nitty’s and NCPIC are right next door to each other, and they’re one of our team’s favorite establishments in Sacramento. We kicked off the day with science and imaging tours at our corporate offices (just across the street), then walked over to Nitty’s for a Chick-fil-A lunch. It was a fantastic way to show our referring providers some well-deserved appreciation.

Thanks again for the great hospitality!

Nitty is a Christian Brothers grad who created this business several years ago. He brews in Clarksburg and has built an incredible Sacramento success story (with truly great cider to match!!)

Some have asked about our NCPIC “Provider Day” reel - here it is.

We’re proud to showcase some of the first images from a new generation of PET/CT technology, the “Panorama.” The image clarity and diagnostic precision represent a milestone change to improve accuracy for care teams.

Equally important, scan times have been reduced by 50% or more, so a more comfortable exam experience.
