Something I love about getting away from home for a handful of days is coming back with a crisper vision of how I want my life to feel and how i most desire to utilize my time.

One clear download for me this trip to Baja is that i desire to commit to a recurring date with my local parks and river at sunset more often than not. for earth medicine, intuitive movement, stillness, connection (the solutions to basically every problem).

I can already begin to feel how much this commitment would upgrade my frequency and cells and whole being.
