This is my fave skin care product of allllll time.
Using it regularly is one of the most valuable anti-aging skin & self-care rituals I know of.
It's magical what a thin layer of this goodness applied to the face, neck & décolleté, left on for 20-30 minutes can do!
I use my 'magic mud' at least once a week (often 2-3x) for my own DIY spa facial.
Relaxing, restorative, grounding, gently exfoliating & sooo skin-nourishing.
A little bit goes a loooong way.
The 16 oz jar that's pictured here lasts for months . . .
My favorite way to use it?
I apply a thin layer to my face, neck & décolleté in the morning - leaving it on for 20-30 minutes - then rinsing it off when I shower; followed by misting lightly with LUMINessence Mineral Mist.

When I learned to shift my perspective about a challenge from 'WTF? why is this happening TO me?'
Then began to understand that it's never about being 'done TO', but rather it's about being 'done FOR' . . . life transformed.
The big shift came when the light dawned, and I began to recognize that nothing is happening TO me, it's happening FOR me.
Such a profound perspective to embrace.
That shift in perspective helped me to learn and grow from very challenging experiences, rather than getting stuck in the 'why me' spin cycle.
I've had lots of opportunities to practice that shift in perspective. . .
From financial downturns, dissolved friendships, husband breakups, bad business breakups, family & health challenges - - including an array of other hurts, challenges & issues - - shifting my perspective not only helped navigate the challenge more easefully, it helped me to grow through each.
Ultimately to come to a place of deep gratitude for each challenge, hurt, unfulfilled objective and breakup.
As I look back at some of the most painful experiences, I now realize that they're the experiences I'm most grateful for.
The way I see Life now, time, perspective and surrender are deeply healing.
The same perspective has also given me a deeper sense of purpose in the many experiences we're navigating in 2020.
