Sometimes the most sacred moment of your day happens when you stop trying to make anything happen.
This was one of those moments for me. Warm water around me, soft rain falling from the sky, eyes closed, and music carrying me somewhere beyond thought. No prayer to recite, no practice to perfect. Just presence.
When we get quiet enough, something opens. The mind slows, the breath deepens, and we remember that we are part of something far bigger than our to-do lists. The same life force that moves through the rain, the water, and the wind also moves through you.
So often we think spirituality has to be earned through effort. Another book, another ritual, another thing to get right. But some of the deepest connection happens in surrender. When we stop gripping and start listening, guidance has room to arrive.
Maybe you don’t need an answer today. Maybe you just need a moment of stillness to feel that you are held by something greater than your worries.
Let your eyes close. Let your shoulders soften. Let the sound of the rain remind you that you are never separate from the sacred.
