This is never a post I enjoy making, but I feel like it needs to be said.

Since Monday, I’ve had seven cancellations. Many of them were the day before or the same day, and more than half were from repeat offenders.

I know emergencies happen, and I always try to lead with grace and understanding. But when last-minute cancellations become a pattern, it directly impacts my ability to pay my bills and run my business.

This isn’t a hobby for me—it’s my full-time career and my livelihood. Every appointment reserved means I’ve turned away someone else who wanted that time.

A friendly reminder of my cancellation policy:
• 48-hour notice is required and charged 50% of the scheduled service.
• Repeat offenders are required to give 72 hours’ notice. (You know who you are 😉)
• Same-day cancellations or reschedules are charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I promise to always respect your time by showing up prepared, and giving you the best experience I can. All I ask is that my time is respected in return.

To every client who consistently supports me, arrives on time, communicates, and values my business—thank you. You are the reason I get to do what I love every day. 🤍

As we celebrate the 4th of July, I want to take a moment to remember and honor the men and women who have served and sacrificed for our country. Their courage and dedication are the reason we enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted every day. ❤️🤍💙

✨ Holiday Schedule Update ✨
Endless Beauty Esthetics will be out of the office July 2nd–July 6th. Messages may be returned more slowly during this time as I unplug and enjoy some much-needed time with family and friends.

I will return to regular business hours on July 7th and will respond to all messages as soon as possible.

Over the years, this little business has become so much more than lashes, brows, waxing, or jewelry.

It’s the place where I’ve celebrated engagements, weddings, pregnancies, new jobs, and fresh starts with my clients.

It’s where I’ve cried with clients through heartbreak, loss, illness, divorce, and life’s hardest seasons.

It’s where friendships have been built, confidence has been restored, and stories have been shared one appointment at a time.

Some days I leave feeling like a lash artist.
Some days I leave feeling like a therapist, a cheerleader, a friend, or simply a safe space for someone who needed one.

The services are what bring people through the door, but the relationships are what make this business so special.

I am endlessly grateful for every conversation, every laugh, every tear, and every person who has trusted me with not only their lashes, but pieces of their life.

This will always be more than “just” a lash business to me. 🖤
