There is something sacred about witnessing women continue to show up for themselves.
Because every time a woman chooses herself—her breath, her body, her practice—she creates space not only for herself, but for the women beside her.
Under the energy of the New Moon🌑 Eclipse in Leo, we gathered at sunrise to move, breathe, connect and listen.
To quiet the storm within.
To create space.
To face our truth.
To release what is no longer of service.
To remember that our bodies are beautiful and worthy of love exactly as they are.
Yoga isn't about how deeply you bend, how perfectly you hold a posture, or what your practice looks like next to someone else's.
Your practice is beautiful every single time you choose to touch your mat.
Thank you to the women who continue to show up—for yourselves and, in doing so, for one another.
May we continue creating spaces where women feel safe enough to soften, strong enough to face themselves, and free enough to simply BE. 🪄
