I was tired of renting spaces that felt disconnected from the actual needs of wellness practitioners. Expensive hourly rates. Extra fees for every little thing. Lugging props, speakers, supplies, and pieces of myself from place to place just to hold space for others.

I needed a dedicated space where I could practice, create, play, and facilitate with ease. A space intentionally designed for practitioners like myself — clean, stocked, fully equipped, intimate, and ready to use without all the unnecessary friction.

So I created The Lavender Room LLC — a space where wellness practitioners can simply walk in, exhale, and do what they do best.

Living in a society that often glorifies selflessness over self-care by putting others first can make prioritizing yourself feel uncomfortable — even unsafe.

We’ve been conditioned to pour endlessly into others while neglecting our own needs.

But the paradigm must shift.

You deserve to pour from a full cup, not from depletion. Self-care is not selfish — it is necessary. When you care for yourself first, you create the capacity to show up more fully, intentionally, and sustainably for the people and things you love.

This woman is an absolute force.

From Las Vegas to New Orleans, she’s creating experiences, shifting energy, telling stories, and walking fully in her magic.
