Well, I have officially gained my weight back... So what needs to change? I need to work on my calorie deficit. I MUST change this. My husband wants me healthy and yet I am doing the opposite...

As I saw the number, all I could think was stress and binge eating... No one talks about overcoming this eating disorder too much, why? Because it is the quiet one... I am stressed, I eat. I am angry, I eat. High emotions leads me down a bad path. This week it was all on overdrive. I ate and ate and ate. I knew I was full, but I still ate. This is the problem that needs therapy for a solution. So, here is to a new week with new choices and hopefully less stress.

Weigh in day and I did not lose but I also did not gain. This tells me something very important. I maintained and the biggest reason for this is the choices I made Friday and yesterday. I went over calories, I know I did. Consistency and calorie deficit are the keys to weightloss and I know what to do. One day at a time.

ZUMBA DAY 3- So, a part of me thought I should take a rest day and the other part said "routine girl!"... Let's just say, I should have taken a rest day. It was brutal! I couldn't squat, I couldn't raise my arms and, after 30 minutes of a 45 minute class, my rhythm was gone... I finished it though. Now tomorrow for sure will be rest. I will go back Friday and Saturday! But I am proud I pushed through, even with my funky bun!

Second day at Zumba... I workout. 😁 Having a good physical week, food can use some work, but at least I am getting my sweat on.

I lost one pound this week! I believe if I would have gone to the gym, would have been more. I was more active this week and I cooked at home more. So, small win! So happy today. Happy Easter Sunday.

Yummy food! A recipie I have made and know just how many calories it gives me as a whole. I make it and the save it in Tupperware to reheat over at least 4 meals. Good stuff going on here!

So excited for my breakfast! I am starting calorie counting today! Hopefully it goes smoothly.

Well, here it is, plus two pounds. This shows I ate more than I burned this week. Being on break I knew I needed to go to the gym, but I did not. I believe this has a big reason for my gain. Always try again, this is a marathon, not a sprint.
