And it worked! 150 employees and physicians got vaccinated in the first two days 👏

🎉 A partnership achievement worth celebrating!

Coalition teams reached an 93% Joint Staffing submission rate in 2026 - up 9 whole percentage points from last year.

Special recognition to MVPs Southern California, Washington, and Hawaii, who all achieved a perfect 100%. 👏

Together, workers and managers are using the Joint Staffing process to identify staffing needs and strengthen dialogue across the partnership. Way to go!
