I’ve been using the same sourdough starter for over two years, and once you get the hang of feeding it, it really does become second nature 🤎

Whether you’re starting fresh or getting starter from a friend, feeding it is the first step before baking bread. This simple 1:1:1 method (starter, water, flour by weight) is how I keep mine active and bubbly.

There’s something so satisfying about not having to buy bread from the store and making it right at home 🍞

🎄🍌🍫 Banana Bark but make it a Christmas tree

What you’ll need:
🎄1-2 bananas
🎄1/3 cup chocolate chips (melted)
🎄Christmas Sprinkles (I use artificial dye-free sprinkles, linked on my amazon page)

1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Place the banana slices in the shape of a Christmas tree. Watch this reel to see how I did it.
3. Spread the melted chocolate on top of the bananas making sure it’s evenly spread. add a little extra chocolate around any larger gaps between bananas slices.
4. Add the sprinkles and place in freezer for at least 30 minutes.
5. Once it’s frozen chop or break apart into pieces and enjoy! Keep leftovers in the freezer 👌🏼
