Okay this might be one of the most relaxing things we’ve ever added to EmpowerFest Wheeling.

Energy with Erica is joining us as a NEW experience station this year offering crystal sound bath therapy sessions throughout the event.

For 15 minutes, you’ll be surrounded by sound designed to help calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling grounded, relaxed, and recharged.

And honestly? The idea of taking a break from the chaos of life to go sit in a crystal sound bath inside Waterfront Hall feels VERY healing of us.

This is exactly what EmpowerFest Wheeling is all about — trying new wellness experiences, reconnecting with yourself, and walking away feeling lighter than when you came in.

Join us for Peace in the Park in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month — a community yoga class sponsored by Rotary Club and led by Energy with Erica.

It’s hard to believe, but on May 28th Appalachian Homestead turns ONE YEAR OLD 💛

To celebrate, we’re giving away four $25 gift cards — two through Facebook and two through our in-store drawing.

One year ago we opened our doors, and just 11 days later we were flooded. Looking back now, we’re incredibly thankful we kept pushing through. This shop has become so much more than a store to us. We’ve built friendships, strengthened connections with local makers, and created a community centered around supporting one another and our local economy.
