I've been thinking a lot about how rarely healing happens all at once.

Sometimes it's a big shift. Sometimes it's subtle. Sometimes we don't even realize something has changed until we look back and notice we're not quite where we used to be.

I think those small shifts matter, too.

✨ We’re doing it again! ✨

Our first evening of River Resonance was even more beautiful than we imagined. Twenty-eight people joined us along the Mississippi River for an evening of sound, fresh air, and time to simply slow down, and we left already talking about our next one!

So…here we are. 🌿

Join Soulenergy and Ebb & Flow Energy Work on Thursday, August 20th for another riverside sound bath.

Two sound and vibration practitioners will create together for one immersive hour of sound, followed by time to enjoy the river, connect with others, and have some light refreshments.

Some evenings just stay with you.

This past Thursday, 28 people gathered with us along the Mississippi River for an evening of sound, fresh air, and the simple gift of slowing down. The weather was beautiful, the river was shimmering, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect night.

Thank you to everyone who came, settled in on the blankets, and shared the evening with us. We left tired, a little sweaty, and so incredibly grateful. (Bottom right photo for proof. 😅)

We’d also like to recognize Willow, who volunteered as our official sound technician, carefully guarding the chimes before everyone arrived and making sure everything was ready to go. We’d say she earned a few extra treats for her hard work. 🐾

The response to this first gathering was more than we could have hoped for, and we’re excited to do it again!
