Spend a summer evening surrounded by gardens, open skies, and the peaceful beauty of Golden Bee Acres Farm & Retreat Center.

Join me for a special outdoor crystal singing bowl sound bath and community gathering at this beautiful local retreat space.

The evening will begin with a one-hour crystal singing bowl sound bath in the garden from 6:30–7:30 p.m. As the sounds of the bowls blend with the natural sounds of the farm, you’ll be invited to slow down, settle in, and enjoy the beauty of a summer evening.

Following the sound bath, the experience continues from 7:30–8:30 p.m. with a lemonade bar and social gathering on the patio. Enjoy flavored waters, conversation, and connection as we ground back into community and take in the beauty of the farm together.

This morning I spent a little time curled up on the couch at Soulenergy with a cup of tea, a book, and the sound of rain outside.

When I first imagined this space, I wasn’t just thinking about where I would offer sessions and classes. I was thinking about how it would feel. Warm. Comfortable. Welcoming. A place to take an audible exhale. A place where people could come as they are and have permission to slow down for a while.

Today, I got to enjoy that feeling myself.

This Sunday, I’ll be at Shanti Yoga Center for our monthly Guided Meditation & Group Reiki gathering. Together we’ll spend time slowing down, settling the nervous system, and creating a little space away from the demands of daily life.

No experience with meditation or Reiki is needed. Whether you’ve attended before or are simply curious, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

I’ve been pretty absent from social media lately.

While I know social media is an important part of sharing Soulenergy and staying connected with this community, I’ve felt a pull to spend less time online and more time being present with my own life. Much of that time has been spent outdoors, slowing down, and paying attention to what I need.

One thing I often encourage others to do is listen when those nudges arise. Recently, I’ve been trying to do the same.

The truth is, I’m still figuring out what my relationship with social media looks like moving forward. I care deeply about this work and this community, but I can’t keep encouraging others to honor what they need if I’m not willing to do the same myself.

So if I’m a little quieter here than I once was, that’s why. I have leaned that in order to love others well, I need to love myself well first 💚

In the meantime, enjoy a few photos of Kangaroo and me out in nature. And if you had told me a few years ago that I’d be walking a cat on a leash and genuinely enjoying it, I probably wouldn’t have believed you. 🤦🏼‍♀️🐈‍⬛

✨This past weekend I had the honor of facilitating my first 3-day Reiki Master Training in my new space, and it feels like such a meaningful milestone.

When I created this space, my hope was that it would become a place where people could come together to learn, grow, heal, and feel supported. Over the weekend, I got to watch that hope come to life.

My favorite photo in this collection is the one I took on day two when I walked in and saw everyone’s personal items settled into their spaces—blankets, journals, tea, and little comforts from home. It was such a simple moment, but it captured everything I wanted this room to feel like: warm, welcoming, connected, and lived in.

To the amazing humans who joined me for this first Master training: thank you for your trust, your presence, your openness, and the energy you each brought to the weekend. You made it incredibly special.

If you’ve been curious about Reiki or feeling called to begin your own journey, I’ll be offering Reiki I & II training on May 16th and 17th. This class is a beautiful foundation for self-healing, personal growth, and learning how to share Reiki with others.

This crystal bowl sound bath is an opportunity to step away from the noise of daily life and give yourself space to rest, reset, and reconnect. The calming tones of the bowls can help the body soften, the mind quiet, and the nervous system settle.

We’ll also be gathering in the energy of the Scorpion Full Moon and Beltane — a meaningful seasonal time associated with release, renewal, and welcoming what is ready to grow.

✨Full Circle Moment

Last Friday I had the honor of being invited to speak at St. Cloud State University about Reiki and Sound/Vibration Therapy.

As an SCSU alum, I never imagined I’d find myself back in the classroom in this kind of role—and it felt pretty special.

It’s amazing to see how far we’ve come, with healing modalities like these being welcomed into university spaces through curiosity, open conversation, and learning.

A big thank you to Troy Shafer for inviting me into your class, and to Jessie for making the connection. I’m so grateful.
