There have been many times where my heart pours love and compassion, but at times it closes its doors on me. There were moments when I didnโt understand why, and honestly, some of those moments hurt.
But today, I can look back with a different perspective and sayโฆ
**itโs okay.** ๐ค
Sometimes people come into our lives for a season, a reason, or a beautiful chapter,
and sometimes, their chapter with us comes to an end.
Not every connection is meant to last forever.
Some people teach us.
Some challenge us.
Some love us.
Some inspire us.
And some reveal parts of ourselves that we needed to discover.
Even when the door closes on us, it doesnโt mean our journey has ended. Sometimes a closed door simply creates the space we need to grow, heal, and discover a new direction. โจ
Iโve learned not to chase every closed door.
Instead, I choose to pause, reflect, and ask myself:
**โWhat was I meant to learn from this?โ**
I can honor the people who were once part of my journey without needing them to remain in my life.
I can cherish the memories without living in the past.
I can forgive without reopening the door.
And I can be grateful for the lesson without wishing to relive the chapter.
๐ Our lives are like books.
Some chapters are beautiful.
Some chapters are painful.
Some chapters teach us through tears.
And some chapters prepare us for the person we are becoming.
But when a chapter ends, we have to turn the page.
**We keep going.** ๐ฟโจ
I no longer see every closed door as rejection.
Sometimes, I see it as redirection.
Sometimes, the distance gives us the space to hear our own intuition, reconnect with ourselves, and become more aligned with who we are meant to be.
So Iโm learning to release people, situations, and chapters with love.
Not because they didnโt matterโฆ
But because. **they did.**
They were part of my story.
And Iโm grateful.
But I also know there are still pages left to write. There are new lessons, new blessings, new experiences, and new versions of myself waiting to unfold.
So if someone has closed a door on you, donโt let that door convince you that your story is over.
Turn the page. ๐
Walk forward with faith in yourself.
Carry the lesson, not the pain.
Carry the wisdom, not the resentment.
Leave the chapter where it belongs.
And trust that your journey is still unfolding.
Sometimes the door that closes behind you is simply making room for the path ahead. ๐คโจ
We are always on this journey,
