Your body changes as you age. The scale doesn’t always tell the whole story.

Our new body composition scans give you a clearer picture of what’s changing by measuring muscle, body fat, and visceral fat. This can be especially helpful if you’re working toward a health or weight goal, taking a GLP-1 medication, or noticing changes in your body after menopause.

The scan takes about 10 minutes, and you’ll receive an easy to understand expert summary from our team to help you make sense of your results.

Body composition scans are $99 self-pay and FSA/HSA eligible.

See what’s beyond the scale. Call 888-290-1209 to schedule your scan.

What a beautiful day at the YWCA Women’s Triathlon on Sunday!

Thank you to the YWCA for inviting Herself Health to be part of this wonderful event. We loved connecting with participants and cheering on everyone who showed up, challenged themselves, and crossed the finish line with strength and determination.

A special thank you to Wendy Blethen for all of the hard work, planning, and passion that went into making this event such a success. We’re grateful to have been part of it.

Congratulations to all of the triathlon participants! We’re proud to support events that bring people together around movement, health, and community.

Pelvic health is an important part of women’s health, but it’s not always easy to talk about.

Changes like bladder concerns, pelvic floor symptoms, and discomfort are common, but they are not something you have to ignore or simply accept. Talking with your provider can help you better understand what’s happening and find the right support.

Looking for more pelvic health information? Visit www.herself-health.com/patient-resources to learn more about common concerns and ways to support pelvic health.

Our recent “Menopause: Make it Make Sense” event with Midi Health filled the room with women coming together to learn, ask questions, and talk openly about the changes they are going through.

If you weren’t able to join, there is still one more chance to be part of the conversation.

On July 15, Herself Health Chief Medical Officer Dr. Deb Dittberner will be joined by Sally Mueller, co-founder of Womaness, for our final panel discussion, “Thriving Beyond Menopause.” They will talk about what comes after menopause and how to support your health, wellbeing, and everyday life in this next stage.

Join us July 15 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at our Rosedale clinic. Reserve your spot at herself-health.com/events or call 877-599-4554.
