"What's one piece of advice that has helped you on your journey?"
One of the biggest lessons I've learned is the importance of knowing who you are at your core.
Not the version of yourself that exists for other people.
Not the version shaped by expectations, titles, or responsibilities. But the version of you that knows your values, your beliefs, and the kind of person you want to be.
Life has a way of testing that. There will be seasons where you feel grounded and confident, and there will be seasons where you feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. I've experienced both.
What has helped me most is learning to pause and observe my thoughts, actions, and reactions. To ask myself, "Is this aligned with the person I want to embody?"
And on the days when you forget who you are, when life feels heavy, or when you feel ungrounded, remember that you don't have to navigate it alone.
This is why community matters.
Whether it's your family, friends, partner, coworkers, mentors, or the people who genuinely see and support you, allow them to remind you of who you are when you temporarily forget. Allow them to hold up a mirror and reflect back your strengths, your resilience, and your purpose.
Some of the strongest versions of ourselves are not built in isolation. They are built through connection, support, and the people who lovingly help guide us back to our path.
So, take this time to know who you are. Stay rooted in your values. And when you lose sight of yourself, lean into the people who help you remember.
