👉🏼👉🏼There was a time, not too long ago, when I HATED fitness, I hated exercise, I put it off everyday because it felt like a chore! Can you relate?
🤑🤑I remember spending $100+ on a monthly gym membership to mindlessly go through the motions of the elliptical. I would set the timer for 30 minutes, crank the music on my headphones, scroll through my People magazine, stare at the tv screens and pray it would be over quick! Sounds DREADFUL doesn't it?
Now I actually LOOK FORWARD to my workouts! I ENJOY them! I actually SMILE when I am doing them!😃
🤔WHAT CHANGED?
♥️I finally found something that I ENJOY! Yes, exercise CAN be fun if you find something you like! Elliptical wasn't my soul mate, the monotony of it made me bored & unmotivated. Now I have the variety of over 1500 different workouts to keep things fresh & 2 simple nutrition programs to give me the best results! (nutrition is 80% of your results).
📆 I have a PLAN, each day I know exactly what workout I will be doing, and most are only around 30 minutes! Pete and I have made a pact to exercise together most days, which makes it even more fun! 👩❤️👨
✅ I have an amazing virtual accountability group to keep me on track! It is the BEST! I cannot IMAGINE stepping foot in a gym now and having to exercise with a mask on! No thank you! I am saving money (my YEARLY at home programs cost around what I paid for a MONTH at the gym), saving time, in the best shape of my life at 47, feeling healthy from the inside out and having FUN!
