To be honest, I didn’t know I was ready to be a mother.
If you asked me when I was having kids I shrugged and said “someday.. but I want to keep traveling”, or “I have more to accomplish first”
Little did I know that experiencing the world through Emory’s eyes would illuminate everything.
Little did I know she would forever be my greatest accomplishment.
She inspires me to move through life differently.
She is presence and purity,
living each day with her brave heart,
her fearless spirit,
her sweet soul.
She arrived in divine timing, but then again, her and I have known each other all along.
