May is Skin Cancer Awareness Month, and our owner is sharing her own personal story with Stage 2 melanoma.

A few years ago, she almost ignored a tiny “freckle” on her cheek. Her dermatologist trusted her gut and biopsied it. It came back as Stage 2 Melanoma, followed by a painful slow Mohs surgery and reconstruction to put her cheek back together.

Here in St. Pete, we live in the sun. Beach days. Boat days. The walk to the car.
