If you’ve been stuck in the hamster wheel of weight loss, it’s time to dive a little deeper into why…
1. You haven’t changed your environment- Just going on a a diet to lose weight isn’t enough. If you still have foods around the house that trigger you to binge….or you are still hanging out with people that don’t support your goals….then you are sitting in an environment that is toxic🧪. You can’t change others around you but, you can change who you choose to spend time with.
If trigger foods are from others in your house, then create a designated area just for YOUR snacks/ foods so it helps you to stay on track.
2. You are stuck in a victim mindset- not trying to be insensitive but, you make your own choices and it’s time to take responsibility for that. If you keep blaming others, your job, your kids, your hormones👀 for your situation, you’ll never truly see change.
3. You don’t have support or accountability- The issue isn’t that you don’t know what to do to get healthy and lose weight. As an adult, you have a general idea. The issue is that you don’t have the needed accountability or support from another to get you to the finish line.
Changing your eating habits is hard. You’ve been eating the same way your whole life so to change that, takes time. You don’t have to do it alone and if you want to get UNstuck, I don’t recommend it.
Until you address the root of the problem, nothing will change
