beckymoller.com Our mission is to create a movement of awakening guided by love, authenticity and inclusivity.

Our programs aim to help those who’ve experienced loss and betrayal to heal fully in mind-body-spirit and transform pain into purpose. I help men and women journey from painful deconstructions to powerful spiritual awakenings, healing from trauma, betrayal, and disillusionment — not just to feel better, but to become whole. As a trauma-informed mindfulness mentor, yoga & group exercise instructor,

Insight meditation practitioner & teacher, and author of Undone, Unafraid: Evolving through Trauma, Betrayal, Femininity & Faith, I can guide you through the inner and outer work of living awake in your body, your relationships, and your soul.

Today I dropped a YouTube Teaching that focuses on one of the most important mindfulness skills I’ve learned over the past ten years. It’s something I still use every single day: the somatic awareness of what fear feels like in my body versus what trust, presence, or Self energy feels like in my body. This somatic awareness helps me be less reactive, helps me communicate better, and show up more accountably in my work and relationships. If it’s a tool that might serve you, please check it out on my YouTube channel. I drop teachings and daily sits (5-15 minute guided mindfulness practices) every Monday.

Last Saturday, my son and his friend competed at the IRONMAN Texas. It was an incredible day with overcast skies and zero technical issues for them. When they finally crossed the finish line after a 2.5-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2-mile marathon, it was surreal.

The physical side of these extreme feats may be the most common and obvious aspect to admire. Let’s be real: what they’re doing is CRAZY!!

But what’s impressed me the most about my son’s journey is the internal side: the mental & spiritual center I’m watching him develop. After all, it not Race Day where people make the decision to be an Ironman. It’s every boring Tuesday where it’s easy to make excuses. It’s the one-day-at-a-time intention and follow-through that allows normal people to manifest this kind of uncommon excellence. That’s true for all of us.

It’s not just the workout Caleb’s locked into. He’s got a non-negotiable daily routine of reading, journaling, gratitude, and goals. And the fruits I’ve seen from this over the past year are even more astounding: I’m watching my son face his demons, devote himself to weekly coaching calls, uncover his shadow, figure out the core fears that still drive his unconscious behavior. I’m watching him learn to self-reflect, accept feedback, and take accountability. Now there’s a real Ironman.

Obviously, this is a proud mama moment to celebrate my kid and all he is choosing to become in his life: physically, mentally, spiritually. But it’s also a moment to celebrate what is possible in all of us, when we decide to live from our center and take full ownership of what we’re creating in the world, as well as the mindsets, patterns, behaviors, and beliefs that are keeping us from our own greatness.

The individual work we each do to strengthen our own internal connection to God/Universe is where our real power comes from, in my view. This center creates a clear vision of our purpose and the Divine power that’s behind us when we reach for it. It’s such a privilege to watch these boys find that in themselves, and unfold into their astounding potential. May their devotion to the Highest within them inspire us all!

Transitioning to my kids growing up and leaving is hard.
At the last Eckhart Tolle Retreat I attended, almost the first words from his little chair onstage were: “The recognition of IMPERMANENCE is a prerequisite for spiritual awakening.”

As I consider the last year of my life, now with two adult children living primarily across the country, this moment with Eckhart keeps ringing in my head. Impermanence is a lesson I’ve learned before, but now I’m in another wave that’s asking me to let go of what I’ve loved so well. And it’s hard.

My last month has been so full…full of family and travel and really quite awesome experiences…and also the nagging grief that life is passing too quickly.

Every day I’m fighting with resistance to the moment I’m in. “I’m too busy…” “I shouldn’t feel this way…” “We’re gone too much…” “I wish things could be like they used to be…” Feeling loss.

It’s a one-moment-at-a-time practice to take a deep breath, relax my shoulders, and surrender to be right where I am, fully. So today I’m sharing this little photo dump to celebrate both the beauty of life and the sadness of it.

One of the most foundational principles I’ve learned to embrace on my path is non-attachment. This is the Buddhist notion that when we cling to things, when our identity becomes attached, we create suffering. In kind, when we release our attachment, when we surrender to the wisdom and flow of life, we create freedom…a holy void that deepens our capacity to love. This has been true for me, a practice that has served me well.

So today I inhale gratitude for my life with my children and for these photo memories that keep coming up on my damn phone…and I exhale to release my resistance to letting them go…to surrender to the unknown of our lives and the uncertainty of what our relationships will look like in this next season.

I can choose to let things come and let them go. To trust the wisdom of life and not try to control it. To live so deeply by heart might burst, and then allow myself to lose what it felt like it once possessed. To let myself feel it all. That’s my practice today. Watch my posts this week for more details on these latest adventures! 💗

Tomorrow, authors & readers will come together for the Author Showcase Virtual Summit, a live gathering shaped by care, intention, and the belief that stories create connection.

This is an invitation to pause, to listen, and to spend a few hours in the company of voices willing to speak honestly about the journeys behind their books.

I’ll be sharing around 1pm MST about the heart of my book Undone, Unafraid: the one-day-at-a-time journey of moving from unconscious trauma tailspin to centered, grounded clarity and eventually to healing integration that expands our souls and worldview.

I’ll introduce a practical framework that you can apply right away to help you take your next right step with more grounded clarity.

I’d love to have you tune in!

In my experience, one of the inevitable awakenings of any real spiritual journey is a gut-level realization of shared humanity.

Nobody represents a fully-finished product. No one’s story of triumph is ever complete, and anything that truly expands us is going to be messy.

We are works in progress, every single one of us. And that’s not something to be ashamed of. That’s something to be honored. 💛

Undone, Unafraid. That’s the journey. That’s the whole point.

One week ago, we gathered in St George Utah for what became a “holy experience” on “hallowed ground,” as shared by our participants.

The pictures can’t do justice to what we all experienced but they’re still fun to share! If you’ve thought about attending one of our Women’s Retreats, I hope you’ll think about coming next year.

It was a beautiful space of healing and connection that left us feeling nourished in body, mind and spirit.

We’re so grateful for each one of you and the magic we created together at this year’s Women’s Retreat. Namaste! ❤️🙏
