While we’re sad to see this business next door to us close its doors. We also want to send our sincere appreciation for the collaboration we have had over the past 5 years. We are excited for each of the Renew members and their new adventures. The Renew team has supported us and we send it right back!!We will absolutely have their contact info if anyone is searching for their favorite stylist or massage therapist information. Not goodbye. Big hugs for this journey. 🫶
After 18 incredible years, it’s time for us to close the doors of Renew Salon & Spa and begin a new chapter.
No need to panic! 😊 Yes, Renew Salon & Spa is closing, but I’m definitely not leaving the hair business. I’ll be continuing my work at Salon Varga, 123 Keveling Dr. in Saline.
Each of your stylist/service providers will be reaching out to you soon with more details as to where they will be transitioning to.
As we look back through photos and videos from the past 18 years, we realize that Renew was never just a salon. It was a place where life happened.
We were honored to be there for so many of life’s biggest moments. Birthdays and anniversaries, graduations, going away to college and coming home from college, engagements, weddings, births, cancer diagnoses and the difficult days that followed, divorces, funerals, retirements, new businesses and the closing of old ones. We celebrated homecomings, proms, dances, recitals, sporting events, holidays, travels, adventures, new beginnings and sometimes simply the days when someone needed a little time for themselves.
We were there through celebrations and milestones, but also through the moments when life didn’t go exactly as planned. Sometimes we were the place where you came to celebrate. Sometimes we were the place where you came to breathe, talk, laugh, cry or simply feel a little more like yourself.
To our incredible clients, thank you. Thank you for trusting us, supporting us, sharing your lives with us and allowing us to be a small part of so many important moments. Many of you came to us as clients and became friends, and some have been with us for nearly all 18 years. We will forever be grateful for that.
To every stylist, esthetician, nail technician, massage therapist and team member who has been part of Renew over the years, thank you for helping make Renew what it was. Your talent, hard work, laughter, compassion and friendships are what filled these walls with life.
Although Renew is closing, we sincerely hope you will continue to support the incredible people who have cared for you here as they begin their own next chapters. Please follow them, book with them, cheer them on and continue to support their businesses and dreams.
I also want to make something very clear. This is not the end of my journey behind the chair. Closing Renew Salon & Spa does not mean I am giving up doing what I love. I am simply closing one chapter and figuring out what the next one will look like. I’m excited to share more about that next chapter with you soon.
Before we close our doors for the final time, we would love to celebrate with you.
Friday, October 30th will be our final day at Renew, and we’re going to make it a celebration of 18 amazing years. We’ll have light refreshments, appetizers and desserts throughout the day, and we would love for you to stop in, say hello, share a hug, tell a story, take one last photo and help us celebrate not only the end of Renew, but the beginning of a new chapter for all of us.
Over the next few days, we will also be sharing another post with information about where our Renew team members will be continuing their journeys so that you know where to find them and can continue supporting the people who have taken such wonderful care of you, also if you have any existing appointments, all appointments will transfer with your people just at a different location.
18 years. So many memories. So many people. So much gratitude.
