Anahata Energy Anahata is the Sanskrit word for Heart. Just trying to spread a little love in this generation!! Na Anahata Energy is all about LOVE! I practice and teach yoga.

Anahata is the fourth chakra, located just behind the heart. It is my, Zayna, life's purpose to love and to spread love. I perform Thai massage. All for the purpose of love for others and to promote healing in a holistic manner! I am brand new to making a page, so if there are flaws and imperfections, it is built just like me! I will continually work on myself and this page, and enjoy the journey
