Summer may not be over yet...but Pumpkin Spice season is in full swing! 🎃🍂

A little PSA: if you cave into the PSL craze, just be mindful of your sugar intake! Some of those syrups have INSANE amounts of sugar!

Also, in case you didn’t notice, I’m going through a black nail phase. Or maybe it’s not a phase. We’ll see. 😉🖤

Coming out of my birthday weekend (yay 29!) and transitioning from summer to fall, yesterday felt like a good time to revisit my goals and check in with what my body and heart need!

Here are some of my self-care goals for this next season

🖤 Taking more shameless selfies - and posting ‘em! Bc every mirror selfie is an opportunity to celebrate yourself.

🖤 Getting back in touch with my body. My bf and I got a Peloton bike (yay!) so I can do spin class even when I’m up in Heber. And now that I’m adjusting to my new schedule I can’t wait to get back into a movement and exercise routine.

🖤 Putting in the work. I’m going back to therapy! And I’m soooo stoked about it. Therapy is such a powerful mental health tool.

🖤 Bodywork. In addition to yoga classes, I’m incorporating daily stretching and meditation to my routine, as well as getting massage therapy more regularly to help work out the kinks, emotionally and physically.

They say home is where the heart is… ❤️😌

This summer I’ve dedicated a lot of time to getting more settled in my space and make it MINE - and it’s been so worth it.

I started the year feeling uprooted and ungrounded. After Marie Kondo-ing my life and allowing my living space to become an extension/expression of my self, it’s amazing how much more at peace I feel!

It’s still not totally done just yet (once it is, you can expect a full blog post on it with my tips on how to make your living space sacred and special) - but it’s perfection in progress and I’m OBSESSED with it. 🤩

Wanna know a secret? 🤫 This Baja Fish Bowl actually has ZERO fish! 🐟🥙

The swap-out? Heart of palm! You may be surprised, but heart of palm (when cooked and seasoned right) has a super satisfying texture and great flavor! Paired with Cilantro Chutney Quinoa and a dairy-free Citrus Aioli, this dish was absolute plant-based perfection.

This week I made more of an effort to create plant-focused meals, thanks to ! All of their meals are 100% plant-based! The recipes were so easy to follow and were creative, colorful, and delicious. 🌈

Do you believe in Mercury Retrograde? 💫🤯 After my laptop spontaneously combusted and I lost 100+ hours of work last month, I might just be a believer...

BUT...it’s all good! 😊 That’s life, right?
On the one hand, it’s my worst nightmare come true. 😬 On the other hand...it’s an opportunity to refocus my priorities, and learn how to roll with the punches 🥊 and enjoy the present moment. 😌
