Joint restoration in an active 40-year-old male with a more rare bipolar Mega Patella (maxed 25 mm) and 35 mm Trochlea Osteochondral Allograft Transplantation plugs and a incidental 15 mm MFC OCA made this active patient very happy to avoid the plastic and metal PFA— at least for now! Key aspects: Canaliculization (vascular access channels), Pulse Lavage then wall suction, and Biologics (ACP/PRP).

The TightRope SB implant is the ultimate innovation in cortical suspensory fixation, featuring a radiopaque, all-suture cortical button and a minimally invasive, low-profile design that completely eliminates the need for metal implants. And now, the internal brace can also be ‘seen’ with newest radiopaque internal brace version seen here in yesterday’s autograft central quadriceps tendon (CQT) autograft ACL reconstruction with FiberTag TightRope SB. This allows us to ‘see’ the graft and still get high quality MRI downstream if needed.

A nice Nano-Panovision revision Achilles PCL Reconstruction with dual views from anterior portal and posterolateral portal makes for an efficient 90 minute case combined with a root tear repair. Notice the pseudo-laxity in the ACL disappears with PCL graft placement. Thank you Arthrex
