Beauty isn’t always about perfection or appearances. Sometimes, it’s found in the way we grow into ourselves — becoming more grounded, more open, and more present to the fullness of life.

Like flowers blooming in their own time, becoming can be a gradual process. 🌸

Finding professional liability insurance that actually fits energy work can be an important part of building your practice.

For Jean S.P., that meant looking for coverage designed with energy professionals in mind.

As Jean shared:

“EMPA is a professional resource for obtaining adequate and very affordable liability insurance to cover most any energy professional’s services.”

We appreciate hearing why energy healers and holistic practitioners choose EMPA — and what matters to them when protecting the work they’ve built. 💙

If you’re exploring professional liability insurance for your own practice, take the time to understand what activities and modalities your policy covers.

What was most important to you when you first looked for professional liability insurance?

Your client may have booked the session, but that doesn’t mean all their uncertainty disappeared when they clicked “confirm.”

For someone experiencing remote energy healing for the first time, there can be a lot of unknowns.

What will happen?
Do I need to keep my camera on?
How should I prepare?
What happens if the connection drops?

Answering those questions before the appointment can make the experience clearer from the beginning.

A simple welcome email, preparation checklist, explanation of your process, and basic tech instructions can help your client understand what to expect — without making promises about what they will experience or how they will respond.

For energy healers and holistic practitioners, that preparation is part of running a professional remote practice.

Your work supports others. Your practice should support you, too. 💙

As an energy healer or holistic practitioner, it’s easy to put most of your attention on your clients. But behind every session is a practice that also needs your care.

That can look like setting clear boundaries, keeping good records, continuing your education, carrying appropriate liability insurance, or simply creating systems that make your work easier to manage.

Professionalism doesn’t take away from the heart of your work. It helps create a stronger foundation around it.

What’s one thing you’ve put in place that has made your practice feel more supported?

Some things become lighter when we stop fighting them.

Acceptance doesn’t mean we have to like everything that happens. It can simply mean recognizing what is here, releasing the struggle to make it different, and deciding how we want to meet the moment.

There can be peace in letting go of the argument with what already is.

🌻 What becomes possible when you stop resisting and start listening?

Starting an energy healing practice is one thing. Deciding how to structure it as a business can feel like a completely different world.

Should you stay a sole proprietor? Form an LLC? And does an LLC automatically mean your practice is better protected?

There isn’t one answer that fits every energy healer or holistic practitioner. Your decision can depend on where you are in your practice, how you plan to grow, and the level of business structure you’re ready for.

In this article, you’ll discover:

• The basic differences between a sole proprietorship and an LLC
• Why some practitioners choose to form an LLC as they grow
• Questions to consider before making the change
• Why your business structure and liability insurance are two separate considerations

You don’t need to make the decision based on what another practitioner is doing. Start by understanding your options.

There comes a point when waiting for someone else’s approval begins to cost us more than taking the first step ourselves.

Choosing yourself can look quiet.

Trusting what you know.
Honoring what you need.
Investing in your growth.
Giving yourself permission to move forward.

It isn’t about putting yourself above others. It’s about recognizing that your life, your growth, and your wellbeing deserve your participation too.

✨ Where in your life are you ready to stop waiting and choose yourself?

An informed consent form isn’t just something your client signs before a remote energy healing session.

It’s an ongoing conversation.

Your client should understand what the session involves, how a remote session works, what your services do and don’t include, and what happens if something interrupts the session.

That clarity is important because you and your client aren’t sharing the same physical space. You can’t rely on all the cues you might notice during an in-person appointment.

That means your paperwork may need to do more of the communicating before the session even begins.

So, does your current consent form actually reflect the way you practice remotely?

This article explores what energy healers and holistic practitioners might consider including—and a few details that are easy to overlook!
