Rode with my friend Lisa from Mission San Jose along the river reach all the way to the Roosevelt reach on 281 south. Stopped in at missions San Juan and Espada of course. We also followed the aqueduct behind mission San Juan through farm land for some new sites. Love the history of this area and that it is so well preserved for us to enjoy. Hope you get out and enjoy the sites today.

When we experience trauma, it is common to put up a wall. This often does not protect us and ultimately it becomes the home of Trapped Emotions. We call this a Heart-Wall. Much like Trapped Emotions, these can develop at any stage of our lives. It may even be inherited from our ancestors or absorbed from another individual. Having a wonderful time at the "Be Bold" women's retreat at the Lakeway resort on Lake Travis near Austin. Soaking up the view, the sun and the great women's vibes and insight.
Got a boat ride on the lake and to visit Reimers Ranch outside Dripping Springs and see an amazing amount of wild flowers with the group. Hope you are getting out and enjoying yourself.
