HUGE shoutout to Sean on this amazing 4 month transformation! 🔥 👏🏼

He's followed the game plan to the T. Never missed any workouts. Was 90-100% consistent with his macronutrients intake almost every week!

All while managing a restaurant full time and being busy. This is all hard work and no excuses!

We're now reverse dieting out of a calorie deficit into a caloric surplus to build up muscle mass.

Super proud of you! Excited for this next phase and wait to see how far you continue to go! 💪🏼
