⏰ Success on the 5&1 Plan Depends on Timing!

One of the biggest keys to success on the 5&1 Plan isn’t just what you eat—it’s when you eat.

Life gets busy. Between work, kids, appointments, errands, and everything else on the to-do list, it’s easy to realize at 3 PM that you’ve only had one fueling!

That’s why I use a simple tool that keeps me on track: phone alarms. 📱

I set reminders throughout the day so I know when it’s time for my next fueling or Lean & Green meal. It takes the guesswork out of the day, helps keep my energy steady, and prevents me from getting overly hungry and making less-than-ideal choices.

Remember: Consistency creates results. Small habits like meal timing can make a big difference in your journey.

For years, I thought I was doing everything "right."

I was exercising. I was trying all the diets. I was eating less and pushing harder.

But after having babies, the weight wouldn't budge.

I was exhausted all the time, struggling with cravings, and watching my blood sugar creep into the prediabetes range. The most frustrating part? I felt like I was failing even though I was trying so hard.

What I didn't understand then was that weight loss isn't just about willpower—it's about metabolic health.

When your metabolism isn't working well, your body fights against you. You feel tired, hungry, inflamed, and stuck.
