To be a more productive & balanced person, I use the same proven methods that I teach my clients. It's a simple form of that uses psychology to help us rewire our brains.

This morning my brain needed a little stimulation so instead of doomscrolling I tried a puzzle. Not only did I enjoy it, I easily solved it because my brain is working properly--rather than being burnt out.

I was SHOCKED when I learned that gum plaque is the same type of plaque that blocks your arteries and can cause heart attacks!

Now, throw in a crappy diet & stress and you have a recipe for disaster. So brush your teeth, get that cardio in and eat your veggies! Maybe not in that exact order...

Let me paint a picture for you:

It’s the day before vacation. You’re running around like a chicken with its head cut off, washing clothes, packing suitcases, putting together entertainment bags for the car–and you’re EXHAUSTED.

Sound familiar? You’re not alone.

The invisible load of preparing for vacation tends to fall on moms, and it begins far before that day-before-vacation panic.

Moms are typically the ones that take charge of vacations with kids. They:

〰 Research and plan age appropriate activities
〰 Act as the memory maker
〰 Anticipate everyone’s needs
〰 Pack for everyone
〰 Figure out the food plan
〰 Plan where to stay
〰 Make sleeping arrangements
〰 Monitor and buy all needed supplies for the trip
〰 Arrange for pet sitters or house sitters
〰 Manage meltdowns–during packing, transportation, and the trip itself
〰 All while managing their own stress and exhaustion!
