We’re proud to partner with Take The Lead Retreat on an exciting new chapter as they roll out a refreshed brand identity and officially launch registration for their 2026 event.

BibRave led the rollout of the transformation — including new social handles, website updates, email implementation, and cross-channel marketing communications. Through seamless coordination across platforms and stakeholders, we minimized disruption and ensured a smooth registration opening.

Founded by Alison Mariella Désir and Martha Garcia, Take the Lead continues to create meaningful space for leadership, connection, and growth within the running and outdoor industries. The refreshed brand reflects the vibrancy and impact of the community they’ve built over the past five years. Huge shoutout to Laura De La Cruz for leading the design refresh and helping evolve the brand while staying true to its original vision.

At the Boston Marathon, Performance Becomes Art. | Ahead of Marathon Monday, we partnered with to produce an immersive gallery experience, celebrating the full marathon journey from preparation to performance to recovery.
To bring this vision to life, we transformed a multi-level art space in the heart of Boston into a hub for live programming, including a visualization session, and athlete storytelling. This wasn’t your typical race weekend pop-up; it was a cultural moment where movement, creativity, and recovery collided.

BibRave recently supported a massive international brand moment for as they released an all-new shoe, the Ellipse. 

By organizing New Balance’s global running ambassador community and executing the most complex international seeding to-date, we helped flood social media with eye-catching Ellipse content unified by the story of “rediscovering running as a deeply personal experience.”

The strategy also included equipping regional teams with bespoke New Balance items to support local launch events across the globe, creating a cohesive experience for attendees whether they were in Boston or Berlin.

A full-scale product launch like this is not without its challenges, but when planning, communication, and a captivating shoe come together, it can take the running world by storm.

Please join us in welcoming Gianina Galatro (Experiential Marketing Manager), Chris Davis, (Influencer Marketing Manager), and Cait Charlton (Account Coordinator). Each brings strong experience in brand partnerships, creator programs, and community-driven marketing that will strengthen the ways we serve our partners.

We’re also proud to celebrate two well-deserved internal promotions: Jenn Savedge to Senior Account Manager and Laura Mullins to Senior Influencer Marketing Manager.
