๐Simple Meditation Exercise: Embracing Divine Love
1. Find Your Space: Choose a quiet and comfortable spot where you wonโt be disturbed. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
2. Close Your Eyes Gently: Take a deep breath in through your nose, filling your lungs completely.
3. Exhale Slowly: Release the breath through your mouth, letting go of any tension. Repeat this for a few cycles, allowing your body to relax with each exhale.
4. Visualize Light: Imagine a warm, glowing light surrounding you. This light represents divine love, radiating warmth and positivity.
5. Focus on Each Area: As you breathe deeply, visualize this light flowing through you, starting from your mind, moving down to your heart, then your body, and finally your soul. Feel it bringing warmth and healing to each area.
6. Affirmation: Silently say to yourself, โI am a vessel of divine love. I radiate light and warmth.โ Repeat this affirmation for a few moments.
7. Return: When you feel ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Wiggle your fingers and toes, then gently open your eyes.
8. Reflect: Take a moment to notice how you feel. Carry this sense of divine love with you throughout your day. ๐
