How do you interact with people? Are you checking your phone, glancing at passerby's, reading a newspaper? Are you really present and listening when someone is talking to you?

What I've learned over the years is to how I offer my attention to others will ultimately affect the energy of the relationship. If you give your full attention to the person you’re with it will enhance your connection with them. It could be a child, a loved one, a partner, a client, a customer, or a co-worker. Stay present and watch as the magic unfolds in your life and you'll be amazed at the things you can learn from others!

I'm lying on a bed tucked under a blanket in the basement of a Harley Street clinic at 10am on a Tuesday morning. When was the last time I lay down in the middle of the day, not asleep, but at rest? I can't remember, like most people I can't usually afford the luxury.
