I hear this all the time: ‘You can’t serve any other God, but Santa Muerte.’
And I always ask: Why? Who told you that?
Santa Muerte is all purpose. She’s the great equalizer she walks with all of us, and one day she’ll guide us to the next realm. But she doesn’t demand you shut out every other spirit. Unless you choose too....
People tell me, ‘I’m Christian, but I respect Santa Muerte. I want to walk with her, but I believe in Jesus.’ Churches will say she’s the devil, that you’re being pulled into Satan’s domain. Here’s what I tell them: You can serve both. Santa Muerte doesn’t compete with your faith, she walks beside everyone, no matter what you believe.
There are many deities, saints, and Gods who can come to your aid when you work with them correctly. Calling on Santa Muerte alongside another spirit can actually strengthen your petitions. Think of it like music. Someone says, ‘I only listen to rock, not country.’ But country still has a beat you can dance to. Why limit yourself in the spiritual department?
The Gods and Goddesses are ready to serve you. You don’t have to pick just one.
At the end of the day, it’s just you who answers for your actions and your life. Live fully. Live true to yourself. Don’t let anyone dictate who you serve, how you pray, or what Gods you call on.
Your path is yours, and yours alone. What sits right with you may not sit right with others and thats ok. 🙏✨️
