Success Story for July! ⭐️
We are proud to celebrate Mr. Kenneth Holder, an Air Force Veteran, as our July Success Story! 🇺🇸
Mr. Holder admitted to Sonterra Health Center on May 5, 2026, following a spinal surgery. Throughout his stay, he worked hard toward recovery with the support of our amazing therapy team.
But Mr. Holder’s journey became about so much more than rehabilitation. ❤️
With encouragement from our Activities Director Tonja and our therapy team, Mr. Holder became more involved and social during his time at Sonterra. He found friendship and fellowship with our residents, who often gather outside in the front of our building to talk, laugh, and share stories.
Mr. Holder lovingly referred to them as his “Front Porch Crew.” 🪑❤️
The friendships he formed meant so much to him that Mr. Holder wrote a beautiful and heartfelt song about his Front Porch Crew family—a truly special gift that touched the hearts of our residents and staff.
At Sonterra, our patients don't just come to us to recover physically. They make friends, build memories, find community, and become part of our family along the way.
Mr. Holder, you may have came into Sonterra as a patient, but you WALKED out as a hero, a friend, and a beloved member of our Sonterra family. 🇺🇸❤️
