This morning was fantastic, meeting up with CSM (R) Tim Sprunger. He was decluttering extra equipment and offered me some workout items. As a proponent of functional fitness, he always supported his troops' physical training and overall health. As you can see, he hooked me up, and that means I'll be hooking you guys up. He even gave me a slosh tube and demonstrated its use with ease. However, my shoulder wasn't cooperating, so now I have a new goal. Lol, health and wellness is contagious, and he continues to spread wellness and care for others. Thanks, now off to the gym to do what I can. Although I may not be doing pull-ups by the Murph, I'll be doing an extra 100 push-ups or 200 air squats instead. Remember, do what you can, and don't let injuries or doubts hold you back. Start with what you can do and gradually work towards more. Be smart, consult with your doctors, and maintain a positive mindset. Tim Sprunger Hero Hut #

The Kicks & Couture event last night was an unforgettable experience, and I'm grateful to PrestigeMotors for providing an exceptional venue. The display of GTA cars and "Eleanor" was thrilling. Hero Hut deserves credit for bringing everyone together, and I appreciate the efforts of Adrian Ramirez, Victor Salazar, Joe Iglesias, Sergio Dickerson, and Paul Bernal. I apologize if I overlooked anyone, as I was handling multiple tasks. Using Alpha Warrior recovery equipment on the fighter and a few of the models to help them feel better and be ready for today. Despite the difficulties we faced with the cage setup and breakdown, which left me a bit sore and may have pushed my shoulder more than I wanted 😆, it was all worth it. We supported Hero Hut's fundraiser for veterans, first responders, and their families, a truly worthy cause met some amazing Vetransand community members. Join us again next week when we do the Murph (rain or shine) to honor the fallen and help support our living veterans.

R day 1 is coming up quickly. So many options once basic is over. Such a gift the kids are getting and they dont know it yet. With this being my forth year coming up, seeing these kids grow to men and women. Going to the military is the goal but we have a bunch from the XMC alumni who are going to ROTC, military College and just being good people in our community -

My morning began with a visit to LA Fitness on 281, my home gym, followed by a stop at Anytime Fitness in Live Oak. There, I met Mike, a veteran of the Army and the gym's manager, who is dedicated to promoting health and wellness. Tracy McGill assisted with LifeWave patches and introductions. The Murph events purpose is to pay tribute to the fallen and support the living. It serves as a model for networking in support of veterans and first responders that Hero Hut provides with its events. Tracy Mcgill
