Join other pregnant, postpartum, and parenting families for a cozy morning of cocoa, crafts, community giving, and connection.
This event is free and open to families of all kinds.

We’ll also offer:
• Midwifery vitals checks
• Belly checks for pregnant families
• Infant weight checks for postpartum parents

Bring a gently used baby item, blanket, diapers, or wipes if you can. All donations support local families who need extra care this winter.

Join us for the Pregnancy and New Parents Support Hub at the new Life Choice Pregnancy Center space. Meet the Healthy Start care coordinators, the Blackbird Birthing midwife, and the team offering free support for pregnant people and new parents.

Drop in anytime. Enjoy snacks, music, an affirmation table, and space to ask questions.
Optional vitals checks and belly checks will be available.

Come join us for Tots in Motion on December 2 from 10am. To 1pm. This fun class brings little ones ages 0 to 4 together to move, dance, shake, and explore music with their caregivers. It is a warm space to play, learn, and build connection.

After movement time, we will make simple sensory pads, enjoy snacks, and relax with coloring. The class is led by Rick Hernandez (IG: ), who brings energy and joy to every session.

🌟 Supporting New Parents and Expecting Families in San Bernardino! 🌟

Healthy Start Enhanced offers incredible resources for new and expecting parents through our specialized support groups led by the amazing Midwife Raven. 🍼👶🏻👶🏼👶🏽👶🏾

**Midwifery-Led Prenatal Group:**
Join our prenatal education and support group where Midwife Raven provides guidance and valuable information to help expecting parents throughout their pregnancy journey. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with Midwife Raven and listen to their baby’s heartbeat. Light refreshment will be provided, and childcare and transportation assistance are available upon request. Connect with other parents-to-be in our community and benefit from this educational experience! The pregnant person and their support team are welcome to attend this informative and supportive session 🌟

**Lactation and New Parent Support Group:**
Our New Parent Group, hosted by Healthy Start’s Enhanced Lactation Professional Raven, offers a chance to socialize with other new parents while learning valuable techniques for breastfeeding, newborn care, and safe sleep habits. Our expert staff will be available to observe breastfeeding sessions and check infants’ weights and developmental milestones. Light refreshments are provided, and transportation is available upon request. The whole family is welcome to attend this informative and supportive session. 🌼
