My head has been spinning lately.
Wondering where I’m going next.
Second guessing the journey of life.

But this sacred place grounds me to my roots and fills me with clarity.

Truth is tomorrow is never certain, but what lays ahead of me is the path I create.

This unfulfilled desire reminds me of what I’m capable: greatness, wonder and manifestation. I declare this after a prolonged worldwide crisis (health and systemic) that we’re all experiencing.

It’s time to...
1. Declare your crisis.
2. Thank it with gratitude.
3. Let it go.

How did that feel?

Man, that felt good. The secret? Do it again and again and again until you feel your crisis become your best friend. Now your weakness becomes your strength and nobody can take it away from you.

I’ve learned that the best thing to do when everything is not in your control is, accepting.

In times of desperation I make this prayer... “God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”

Faith is believing in what you can’t see.

Do you know her story? She was an essential worker EMT working in two hospitals in Louisville. She loved helping her patients and was working under COVID-19 to attend those that were severely ill. She was shot 8 times after .ky broke into her home in the middle of her sleep. Her boyfriend, not knowing who was at the door shot back at the door and injured one of the police officers. The boyfriend was arrested and is being accused a charged for attempted murder for defending his household. They shot Breanna 8 times and killed her in her home. The warrant was for the wrong house and the person they were looking for was already in police custody.

This is her story. You can’t just repost without knowing her story.

You can’t just know her story and stay silent.

You can’t just know her name without fighting the system’s racism.

These 8 laws were created in response to police brutality, yet not all governors have signed them. This is where change needs to happen. It is our duty to pressure these officials and demand full protection of our lives.
