Shrimp Chowder:
How to cook a healthy shrimp chowder for dinner. Shrimp chowder is another celebrity chef recipe that is delicious, tasty, and appetizing. This is a favorite meal for dinner for the family. It is fast and easy to cook and also serves as a good source of healthy living. Here are the recipes:

Main Ingredients:
3 T Salad oil

2 cl Garlic; peeled, minced

1 lg Onion; peeled, chopped

2 lg Tomatoes; cut into eighths

2 sm Raw potato cubes

1/2 ts Ground chili pepper

1 1/2 ts Seasoned salt

2 ts Salt

1/4 ts Crushed red pepper

Few drops Tabasco

water

1 1/4 c Milk

3 md Flounder fillets

1/4 c Cream cheese ( 2 oz)

1/2 lb Raw shrimp; shelled and

-cleaned

12 oz Can whole-kernel corn

Few sprigs fresh mint

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
About 45 minutes before serving, in dutch oven heat salad oil; in

it saute garlic and onion until golden (about 10 minutes). Add

tomatoes, potatoes, chili pepper, seasoned salt, 1-1/2 tsp. salt,

red pepper, Tabasco, 3 cups water, 1 cup milk; stir occasionally,

while bringing to a boil, then simmer, covered, 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in 1-1/2 cups water and 1/2 tsp. salt in skillet,

simmer flounder fillets 6 minutes, or until fork-tender but still

moist. Also, beat cream cheese with 1/4 cup milk until very smooth.

Now stir cream-cheese mixture, then shrimp and corn, into soup; cook

over medium heat 5 minutes. Next, drain flounder fillets, divide

each in half crosswise, then place a half in each of 6 soup plates.

Spoon hot soup over fillets, garnish with mint sprigs and serve at

once

Stir-Fried Broccoli with chili-garlic sauce:

1/4 cup low sodium chicken broth
2 Tbsp dry sherry
2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp cornstarch
2 tsp Asian chili-garlic sauce
2 medium garlic cloves minced or pressed
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp and 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds broccoli with florets, cut into 3/4 inch pieces, and stalks trimmed, peeled, and cut on an angle into 1/4 inch thick slices
1/4 tsp sugar

Directions
Whisk broth, sherry, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chili-garlic sauce together in a bowl. Combine garlic, pepper flakes, and 1 tsp oil in another small bowl.
Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat until it begins to smoke. Add broccoli and sprinkle with sugar. Cook, stirring frequently, for 8-10 minutes until broccoli is well browned.
Push broccoli to the edges of the skillet clearing a spot in the middle. Add the contents of the small bowl (pepper-oil-garlic) to the center, mashing for 20-30 seconds with a spoon or spatula until garlic is fragrant, then mix together with the broccoli. Add the broth/sherry mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce is thickened, about 1 minute. Serve

Coconut chicken stir-fry over rice noodles:

Main Ingredients:

4 oz rice noodles

4 teaspoons canola oil, divided

1 pound chicken tenders, cut into bite-size pieces

1 hot small red pepper, minced

1 bunch scallions, sliced, whites and greens, separated

4 cups sliced shiitake mushroom caps

1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger

3/4 cup light coconut milk

2 tablespoons fish sauce

4 teaspoons lime juice

1 tablespoon brown sugar

3 cups sliced napa cabbage

3 cups sliced red cabbage

?3/4 cup chopped fresh basil (we actually used 14 of those Dorot brand frozen basil cubes instead)

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:

1.Cook noodles according to package instructions, set aside.

2.Meanwhile, heat 2 teaspoons oil in a wok or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring often, until cooked through and lightly browned, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer the chicken to a plate.

3.Heat the remaining 2 teaspoons oil in the wok or pot. Add hot red pepper, scallion whites, mushrooms and ginger and cook, stirring, until fragrant and the mushrooms start to soften, about 1 minute.

4.Stir in coconut milk, fish sauce, lime juice and brown sugar; bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the mushrooms are tender, 2 to 3 minutes.

5.Stir in cabbage, the chicken and scallion greens; cook, stirring constantly, until the cabbage is slightly wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in basil just before serving.

Main Ingredients:
8 oz (1/8 inch wide) rice noodles

1 Whole chicken breast - b***d, skinned

8 md Shrimp, shelled, deveined

1/2 c -Water

1/4 c Fish sauce

3 tb Sugar

1 tb Lime juice

1 ts Paprika

1/8 ts Red (cayenne) pepper

1/2 lb Bean sprouts

3 Green onions - white part only, - cut into 1 inch shreds

3 tb Vegetable oil

4 lg Garlic cloves - finely chopped

1 Egg

4 tb Crushed roasted peanuts - (finely crushed)

Cooking Preparation of the Recipe:
Place rice noodles in a large bowl. Cover with water; soak 45 minutes. Cut chicken into 1 1/2" by 1/3" strips. Cut shrimp in half lengthwise; set aside. Combine water, fish sauce, sugar, lime juice, paprika, and red pepper in a small bowl; set aside. Reserve 1/4 of bean sprouts for topping; combine remaining bean sprouts and green onions. Drain noodles. Heat a wok over medium-high heat. Add oil and heat. Add garlic; fry until garlic starts to brown. Increase heat. Add chicken; stir-fry until almost cooked, about 2 minutes. Push chicken to one side. Break egg into wok. Stir quickly to break up yolk and scramble egg. When egg is set, mix with chicken. Add drained noodles, shrimp, fish-sauce mixture and 3 tablespoons peanuts. Cook and stir over high heat 2 to 3 minutes or until noodles are soft and most of liquid is absorbed. Add green-onion mixture; cook, stirring, 1 more minute. Spoon onto a heated platter. Sprinkle with reserved bean sprouts, then with remaining peanuts.
