Private Viktor Solomon recounts his experience with an Axis weapon that out does his worst nightmares. The story is a brutal, viceral storm that makes everyone ask the question: "What do you do when survival is not an option?"

This was a blast to write and is my favorite story I've written for MMH(and I've written a ton over the years) and I hope yall will continue in your massive support of the series! I, for one, am very thankful!

It's finally here!!! After so many issues getting good audio and dealing with editing program bugs(Thats what ya get when you use a free program😅) I finally finished the first story from my series "Magic, Monsters, and History".

Anya was a defnitley a new character type for me, and I'd like tho think this sets up enough mystery to uncover in future stories. It was just a blast to write! So head on over to Youtube and give it a watch/listen!

"We were here"

The sound cascaded out across the flat barren landscape. A symphony of horns and drums. Playing up and high a sweet sound of harmonic bliss bringing anyone who hears its sable sound nearer, my god, to thee. The melody played across the mountains, across the deserts, across the basins so that all could hear. A mother falls to her knees, clutching her beautiful baby in her arms, feeling warm wafting winds from behind walls that no longer hold them back. A couple celebrating their 50th anniversary shares a kiss recapturing the excitement of their youth. Sitting together in the front seat of a car rusting under the sands of time. A cowboy sits back to enjoy the stars on a horse that found no water. And there they listen to the melody. Playing under the setting sun. Playing from an empty road, in an empty corner of an empty country. A lone gas station under the stars, the last light lit inside. A lone TV plays a tune that says to all who hear it, crying out in a single unspoken voice...

As we reach the end of the first week in the new year, I look to reflect on the changes that I've begun making in my life. After 4 years of crushing anxiety, ma*****na addiction, and letting WAY to many people mistreat me, I've decided to make this the year in which I stop living as a people pleaser and finally find myself.

I've taken a step back and begun to rediscover my passion for storytelling and have spent most of my time writing short stories. I've managed to get out of the house and exercise, see old friends as well as new ones, and have, for the first time, begun to see the world and myself in a new light. All of this was done in a week(well, except the addicton. A month and a half sober baby!). I make this post not to self boast(maybe a little🤏), but to prove to anyone who needs to hear it, that change is possible. So good luck everyone and have a fantastic 2025!

The painting "Highway Sign to Hell" by yours truly.

What started out as a fun pun on the song by AC/DC turned into a criticism of the modern art scene and the lack of meaning behind art. This painting uses the various circles of hell from Dante's Inferno and their assigned sins to show what has become of the art world and has some nice bible verses from John and Proverbs that correlate to each circle's meaning.
